STOCK WATCH: Last day to clinch 25% bonus and 21.31% Cash of Nerude Laghubitta

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the dividend pledged by Nerude Laghubitta Bikas Bank (NLBBL) for the fiscal year 2070/71.

Nerude Laghubitta is closing its shareholder register book from tomorrow (Mangsir 9) to convene its annual general meeting (AGM).

Nerude Laghubitta has scheduled its AGM on Mangsir 27, 2071.  Only those investors buying shares of the company till today (Monday) will be entitled for the dividend that it has announced for the fiscal year 2070/71 and allowed to attend the AGM.

Nerude Laghubitta has already proposed 25 percent bonus share and 21.31 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2070/71. However the decision is subject to approval from its upcoming AGM.
