Stock Brokers Association has announced its 25th AGM to be convened on Ashwin 10, 2076 in the premises of Association's office, Putalisadak, Kathmandu from 1:00 PM onwards.
The main agendas includes:
- Discussion and approval of the yearly report of FY 2075/076.
- Discussion and approval of balance sheet, income-expenditure report and other financial statements.
- Discussion regarding the appointment of auditor and their remuneration.
