Standard Chartered to increase its authorized capital to Rs 3 arba; AGM on Mangsir 18

Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCB) is going to hold its 28th Annual General Meeting on Mangsir 18, 2071; which, inter alias, will endorse 10 percent bonus share and 41.50 percent cash dividend from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

The bank has already announced the book closure date for the same from Kartik 14 to Mangsir 18, 2071.

The bank is about to increase its authorized capital to Rs 3 arba subject to approval from the upcoming annual general meeting.

Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71 and the appointment of auditors for FY 2071/72.
