Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCB) has proposed a 7% bonus shares and a 4.84% cash dividend for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2076/77.
The 403th Board Meeting of the Bank held on Kartik 13, 2077 has decided to propose the dividend. It is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
SCB's paid-up capital as of Q4 2076/77 stood at Rs 8.01 arba and made net profit of Rs 1.98 arba.
