Staff members of Banijya Bank to receive skill and professional development training from NBI; two institutions ink deal for professional growth of employees

Rastriya Banijya Bank and Nepal Banking Institute have signed an agreement for skill development and training of the bank’s employees. The agreement regarding the same was signed between CEO of the bank Mr. Kiran Kumar Shrestha and CEO of NBI Mr. Sanjib Subba amid a program.

Following the agreement, employees of the bank will get an opportunity to engage in different skill development training programs of the pioneer banking institute of the nation, as per the media statement.

The signing event was also attended by deputy CEO of the bank Mr. Kabiraj Adhikari, Mr. Kesav Prasad Lamsal, Deputy Executive Officers Mr. Mahendra Prashad Awosti, Ms. Saraswoti Adhikari, Mr. Devesh Prasad Lohani, HOP of NBI Mr. Dhan Thapa, among others.

The bank currently has its presence in all 77 districts through its 222 branches, 175 ATM terminals, 93 branchless banking units.
