Srijansil Laghubitta has appointed Sunrise Capital as issue manager to float its 3.37 lakh unit ordinary shares to the general public through an IPO process.
The MoU was signed between the CEO of the microfinance company Mr. Batuk Shamsher Shrestha and the CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Bijay Lal Shrestha amid a program, as per the media statement.
