Srijana Finance proposes 24.50% dividend; Paid-up capital to reach Rs 46.06 crore after adjustment of 15% bonus share

Srijana Finance Limited (SFFIL) has proposed 24.50% divided for the FY 2074/75 for its shareholders.

As per the notice published in NEPSE, the finance company has proposed 15% bonus shares and 9.5% cash dividend from the profit earned in the FY 2074/75.

The decision is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM of the company.

In the previous FY 2073/74, the finance company had distributed 32.5% bonus shares to its shareholders. After the adjustment of 15% bonus shares, its paid-up capital will reach Rs 46.06 crore.
