Srijana Finance proposes 15% bonus for its shareholders; Capital to reach Rs 84.78 crore after adjustment

Srijana Finance (SFFIL) has proposed 15% bonus shares worth Rs 11.05 crore from accumulated profit till 2075/76 after the distribution of the right shares.

The 219th Board Meeting held on Poush 06, 2076 has also decided to propose cash dividend worth Rs 58.20 lakh for tax purposes.

The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra bank and the upcoming AGM of the company.

The current paid-up capital of SFFIL stands at Rs 73.72 crore, which after the adjustment of bonus shares will reach Rs 84.78 crore.
