Sparsha Laghubitta to convene its AGM on Kartik 18; To issue IPO worth Rs 2.69 crore

Sparsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited will be convening its 2^nd AGM on Kartik 18, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Hotel Barahi, Pokhara at 11 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

1. To make amendments in the MoA for converting the promoters and ordinary shareholding ratio to 67.50:32.50
2. To issue IPO worth Rs 2,69,63,000 to the general public (including employees and funds)
3. Increasing the working area of the microfinance to 15 districts from the current 10 districts

Other agendas include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76 and appointment of independent director and director representing Mega bank Limited.
