Sparsha Laghubitta convenes 3rd AGM; endorses decision to provide 13% bonus shares and 100% right shares to shareholders as per board’s decision

Sparsha Laghubitta has convened its 3^rd AGM on Poush 27, 2076 under the leadership of company’s chair Dr. Sushil Bhakta Mathema. The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide dividend of 13.68 % to its shareholders.

The AGM also endorsed to issue 100% right shares to its shareholders after the capitalization of bonus shares.

Similarly, the AGM also elected Ms. Narayani Devkota and Mr. Jaganath Rijal as new board members from the general public group, as per the media statement.

The AGM has also decided to authorize the board to carry out the merger / acquisition process with other suitable organizations, as per the statement.
