Sparsha Laghubitta conducts two day training event for its field level staff members from 20 branches; aims to improve work efficiency of staff

Sparsha Laghubitta has conducted microfinance field management training for its assistant level staffs of all 20 branches.

The training event was facilitated by CEO of the microfinance Mr. Sajal Khadka, DY Director Mr. Sudip Acharya, HoD Mr. Binod Parajuli, finance officer Mr. Rishav Subedi and monitoring officer Mr. Shumsher Bahadur Nepali who together trained the participants on range of subject matters in order to motivate them to increase their work efficiency, as per the media statement.
