Sopan pharmaceuticals appoint NMB Capital as issue manager to float 14 lakh unit shares in IPO

Sopan pharmaceuticals have appointed NMB Capital as the issue manager for the issuance of 14 lakh unit shares to the general public.

The agreement was signed between Mr. Suman Neupane, CEO of the Pharma company, and Mr. Deepesh Kumar Vaidya, CEO of NMB Capital, as per the media statement.

The NRN investors promoted Pharma company has received the license to produce 60 different types of medicines and currently has 25 different products in the market and is looking forward to producing 200 different types of medicines within two years, as per the media statement.
