Soaltee Hotel proposes 15% bonus and 11% cash dividend; AGM scheduled for Poush 24, 2076

Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) has proposed 26.31% dividend for its shareholders from the profit of 2075/76.
The 226th Board Meeting held on Mangsir 02, 2076 has decided to propose the following dividend:
Current paid-up capital: Rs 73.26 crore
Bonus shares: 15% (1.09 crore units) worth Rs 10.98 crore
Cash dividend: 11.31578947% worth Rs 8.29 crore
Total dividend: 26.31578947% worth Rs 19.27 crore
Paid-up capital after adjustment: Rs 84.24 crore
The proposal is subject to approval from the upcoming 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Hotel. The AGM will be held on Poush 24, 2076 (January 09, 2020) at Nepal Pragya Bhawan, Kamaladi, Kathamandu from 11 AM onwards.
The book closure date has been set at Mangsir 25, 2076. Therefore shareholders maintained till Mangsir 24, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and claim a dividend.
