Soaltee Hotel profit rises by 52.21% due to increase in sales revenue; FY 2074/75 bonus share yet to be adjusted on Q3 report

Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) has published its unaudited third quarter report of the FY 2075/76. It has reported increase in the net profit by 52.21% to Rs 23.10 crore in Q3 from Rs 15.17 crore in the same quarter of previous year.

It earned revenue of Rs 1.31 arba till Q3 with growth of 15.92% and its total expenses is Rs 1.02 arba which rises by 8.77%. Its current paid up capital stands at Rs 66.60 crore and Rs 89.42 crore in the reserves and retained earnings.

SHL’s annualized earning per share (EPS) stands at Rs 3.47 per share and Net worth per share stands at Rs 23.43. SHL’s par value per share is Rs 10.

SHL’s price is traded at PE of 59.39 times and debt to equity ratio stands at 0.01.

Soaltee Hotel yet to adjust already proposed dividend

Soaltee Hotels Limited (SHL) has proposed and its AGM has already approved 26.31% dividend for its shareholders including 16.31% cash dividend worth Rs 10.86 crore and 10% bonus share worth Rs 6.66 crore for the FY 2074/75. After the adjustment of the bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the hotel will reach Rs 73.26 crore and its EPS decreases with the adjustment of increased capital.

The company has already conducted its FY 2074/75 AGM on 10th Jan, 2019.
