Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) Urges Shareholders to Claim Due Dividend

Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) has published a notice to shareholders who are yet to receive due dividend payments.

Shareholders who are yet to receive their dividends distributed through various AGMs of the company are requested to contact the share registrar of the company, NIMB Ace Capital, Lazimpat, Kathmandu along with their share certificate and proof of identity. Also since the cash dividend amount of the shareholder dignitaries will be transferred directly to the shareholders' bank account, shareholders of the company who have not yet dematerialized their share certificates should contact the respective Depository Participant (DP) and update their bank account number.

Otherwise, the uncollected due dividend will be deposited in the "Investor Protection Fund".
