Soaltee Hotel Limited books to remain closed tomorrow; hold shares till today to claim 26.31% dividend

Today is the last day to hold shares of Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) to claim the dividend and participate in the AGM of the company.

SHL has decided to distribute 15% bonus shares and 11.31% cash dividend out of the profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders. This decision will be endorsed in the upcoming AGM of the company, which will be held on Poush 24, 2076 at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi from 11 AM onwards.

For this purpose, the book closure date is Mangsir 25, 2076 i.e. tomorrow.
