Soaltee Hotel distributing cash dividend directly to bank account; Urges shareholders to update bank information

Soaltee Hotel (SHL) had approved 11.32% cash dividend from its 45th AGM held on Poush 24, 2076.
The company has published a notice today stating that the dividend will be deposited directly to bank account of shareholders as mentioned in the Demat account.
Therefore, those who haven't dematerialized their shares or haven't updated their bank information in Demat account are urged to do so in order to receive dividend.
