Soaltee Hotel distributing 40 % bonus share certificates from today

Soaltee Hotel Limited is distributing 40 percent bonus share certificates to the shareholders from today for the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year 2069/70.
The bonus shares will be distributed from 2:00 PM to 5:00PM from the company’s registered office at Tahachal during the working days, according to a notice issued by the company today.
Soaltee’s AGM held in December had endorses 52.63 percent dividend, including 40 percent bonus share to the shareholders from the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year 2069/70.
The five-star hotel has already distributed the cash dividend to the shareholders.
In the last fiscal year, Soaltee Hotel’s profit had increased by 11.97 percent to Rs 16.86 crore, up from Rs 15.06 crore in the previous fiscal year.
Though the hotel’s EPS declined 6.66 percent to Rs 7.85 from Rs 8.41 in the same period of the last fiscal, its net worth increased by a marginal 0.96 percent to Rs 36.92.
Meanwhile, the hotel earned handsome dividends from its investment in different companies. Soaltee collected a total dividend of Rs 51.90 lakh, a growth of 85.76 percent compared to last year’s collection of Rs 27.94 lakh.
