Soaltee Hotel announces 40% Stock and 17.89% Cash Dividend

The 196th BOD meeting of Soaltee Hotel Limited has proposed 40 percent bonus share and 17.89 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The BoD meeting of company held on Mangsir 1, 2071 has decided to recommend a dividend to its shareholders. However, the decision is subject to approval from the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The Soaltee Hotel also announced the book closure date for its upcoming AGM on Mangsir 28 to Poush 27, 2071.
