Soaltee distributing bonus share certificates

Soaltee Hotel Limited is distributing bonus share certificate to its shareholders from 14th Falgun, 2071.
The bonus share certificate will be distributed from 2:00 PM to 5:00PM from the company’s registered office at Tahachal during the working days (Monday to Friday), according to a notice issued by the company today.
Soaltee’s AGM held at Poush 27 had endorsed 40 percent bonus shares to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
Soaltee Hotel earned a profit of Rs 11.68 crore by the end of Q2 of 2071/72.
Soaltee’s EPS is Rs 3.88, P/E ratio now stands at 122.31 times and its net worth per share stands at Rs 36.16.
