Sindhu Bikas Bank Reschedules It's 16th AGM to be Held on Falgun 29

Sindhu Bikas Bank Limited (SINDU) has officially announced a new date for its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which had previously been postponed due to the lack of a quorum. The company had originally scheduled the meeting for Falgun 15, 2082, but it could not be held due to insufficient attendance.
Following this, the company has decided to reconvene the postponed AGM on a new date and location. The meeting will now take place on Falgun 29, 2082, at 10:00 AM, at Araniko Party Palace, Banepa, Kavrepalanchowk.
The company has requested all shareholders to attend the reconvened meeting and participate in the proceedings. The agenda for the AGM will remain unchanged from the original schedule and will include discussions as per the predetermined items.
