The 468th Board Meeting of SINDU held on Poush 04, 2082, has decided that the company will not distribute any dividend for FY 2081/82. It is important to note that this decision is contingent upon the approval of the financial statements by the regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank, and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
