Siddhartha Insurance (SIL) Proposes 15.78% Dividend for FY 2076/77; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Siddhartha Insurance Limited (SIL) has proposed a 15.78% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Chaitra 11 has proposed an 12% bonus shares and 3.78% cash dividend from the paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2076/77. The dividend will be distributed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 1 arba. Thus, the bonus shares amounting to Rs. 12 crore and cash dividend amounting to Rs. 3.78 crore will be distributed.

Note that the dividend will only be distributed after approval by Beema Samiti and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

As of writing, the LTP of the company stands at Rs. 1163.
