Siddhartha Insurance rights issue closes today

Siddhartha Insurance Limited is closing the issuance of its rights shares at 10:9 ratio today.
The insurance company had issued 11.88 lakh units of rights shares at Rs 100 face value on December 1.
NMB Capital Limited at Babar Mahal in Kathmandu is the issue manager.
