Siddhartha Insurance convenes its 19th AGM; endorses 15.74% dividend to its shareholders

Siddhartha Insurance has convened its 19th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Ratan Lal Kedia on Jestha 28, 2078.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 12% bonus shares and 3.74% cash dividends for its shareholders. The insurance company had raised the insurance premium of Rs 1.96 arba during the previous fiscal year.
