Siddhartha Insurance convenes 18th AGM; elects Mr. Sumit Kumar Kedia as new BoD from public shareholders’ group

Siddhartha Insurance has convened its 18th AGM on Asar 13, 2077 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Ratan Lal Kedia who presented the financial reports for the FY 2075-76.
The insurance company had collected Rs 1.86 arba in insurance premium during the last FY. The AGM elected Mr. Sumit Kumar Kedia as the new BoD from the public shareholder group, as per the media statement.
