Siddhartha Insurance Limited is holding its 12th AGM today at Pearl A Hall, Trade Tower Nepal, Thapathali, Kathmandu.
The insurance company will be appointing auditor and will be discussing the financial highlights of the fiscal year 2069/70.
The company’s net profit has risen massively by 116 percent in the third quarter of the current fiscal.
According to the unaudited financial report published by non-life insurance company, it has posted a net profit of Rs 8.23 crore up from Rs 3.81 crore compared to the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal year.
