Siddhartha Finance cancels its AGM schedule for Poush 30

Bhairahawa based Siddhartha Finance Limited (SFL) has cancelled its 19th annual general meeting schedule for today (Poush 30).
Publishing a notice today, the company BOD meeting held yesterday has stated that the AGM is cancelled until another notice will publish.
The major agenda of 19th AGM was increment of capital and election of 4 directors representing promoter shareholders group and 2 directors representing public shareholders group.
