Siddhartha Capital to convene 8th AGM on Kartik 01, 2076; Major agenda to approve 21.05% cash dividend

Siddhartha Capital has published a notice today calling its shareholders for 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held on Kartik 01, 2076 at its office located in Naxal, Kathmandu from 5 PM onwards.
The major agenda of the AGM is to approve the proposal of 21.05% cash dividend worth Rs 4.21 crore from the accumulated profit till 2075/76.
Similarly, other agendas include discussion of the annual report and financial statements for the year, the appointment of auditor and fixation of their remuneration and so on.
