Siddhartha Capital Declares Book Closure Date for Dividends of Its Mutual Funds

Siddhartha Capital has declared a book closure date for the dividends of its mutual funds.

Siddhartha Equity Fund (SEF), a closed-end 10 years mutual fund, managed by Siddhartha Capital Limited has proposed a 30% cash dividend (including tax) for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board held on Shrawan 21 decided to distribute the cash dividend worth Rs. 45 crores.

As of writing, SEF has an LTP of Rs. 15.90. Siddhartha Equity Fund has a fund size of Rs. 1.5 Arba.

Similarly, Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 2 (SIGS2) has also proposed a 30% cash dividend (including tax) for the fiscal year 2077/78. The cash dividend is worth Rs 36 crore.

As of writing SIGS2 has an LTP of Rs 16.19. SIGS2 has a fund size of Rs 1.2 Arba and it's a closed-end 10 years mutual fund, managed by Siddhartha Capital Limited

32nd Shrawan, 2078 is the book closure day for both the funds. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout of the respective mutual funds.
