Siddhartha Bank to distribute bonus share directly to demat accounts of shareholders; 10% bonus shares approved for FY 75/76

Siddhartha Bank limited (SBL) had approved the distribution of 10% bonus shares in the 18th AGM held on Kartik 7, 2076.
The commercial bank has now published a notice regarding the distribution of 10% bonus shares directly to the demat account of the respective shareholders.
For this purpose, the bank has urged the shareholders to dematerialize their holdings and update information on their demat accounts.
