Siddhartha Bank to convene AGM on Poush 23; Shareholders holding till Poush 08 to receive 13.16% dividend

SIddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) will be convening its 17th AGM on Poush 23, 2075. The AGM will be convened in the premises of Rastriya Sabhagriha, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

  1. To isssue 5% bonus shares worth Rs 42.32 crore to the shareholders
  2. To make amendments in the MOA and regulations and to provide authority to the BOD to make changes in the future
  3. To change the provision of providing financial aid worth more than Rs 1 lakh as CSR as per the Companies Act.

Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76 and distribution of 8.16% cash dividend for the FY 2074/75.

For the purpose of the AGM the bank has announced to close its shareholders register book on Poush 09, 2075 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM.

The shareholders holding the shares of the bank till Poush 08 will be able to receive 13.16% dividend.

After the adjustment of 5% bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the bank will reach Rs 8.89 arba.
