Siddhartha Bank Limited to issue "8.5% SBL Debenture 2084" from 16th Ashwin

Siddhartha Bank Limited has published an offer letter to issue 30,00,000 units of "8.5% SBL Debenture 2084" to the general public.

The debenture with a maturity period of seven years and a coupon rate of 8.5% will be open for application from 16th to 20th Ashwin, 2077. If the issue isn't fully subscribed, the deadline can be extended till Ashwin 30. 

A total of 30 lakhs units are registered. 12 lakh units will be open for the public issue and 18 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement. Rs. 1000 is the par value.

NMB Capital has been appointed the issue manager. SEBON approved the debenture on Ashwin 01.
