Siddhartha Bank Limited to Conduct 21st AGM on Poush 28; When is the Book Closure Date For 13.16% Dividend?

According to the decision of the 403rd meeting of the Board of Directors of Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) held on 5th Poush 2079, the company has decided to conduct the 21st annual general meeting to discuss and decide on the following topics on the following date, time and place.

Date: 28 Poush, 2079, Thursday

Place: Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu.

Meeting Start Time: 11:00 am

Topic of Discussion: 

• To discuss and approve the annual report of the Board of Directors for the financial year 2078/79.
• Approving the auditor's report along with the statement of the financial condition of the company.
• Approving the consolidated financial statement of bank's subsidiary company "Siddharth Capital Ltd." for FY 2078/79.
• To decide on the dividend 13.16% on the paid-up capital of Rs. 12.52 Arba. 12.50% bonus shares worth Rs 1.56 Arba and 0.66% cash dividend (for bonus shares tax purposes) worth Rs 8.23 crore have been proposed by the company.

The book closure date is on Poush 13. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
