Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has proposed a 13.16% dividend worth Rs. 1.64 Arba for the fiscal year 2078/79.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 20 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 12.52 Arba. 12.50% bonus shares worth Rs 1.56 Arba and 0.66% cash dividend (for bonus shares tax purposes) worth Rs 8.23 crore have been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
As of writing, SBL has an LTP of Rs 318.9.
