Siddhartha Bank to distribute 12.79 percent cash dividend warrant from today

Jashma Sainju Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL)  is distributing cash dividend warrant to its shareholders from today. The bank AGM held on Mangsir 11 had endorsed 12.79 percent cash dividend to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year. The cash dividend warrant would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 01:30 PM on Friday at its share registrar Siddhartha  Capital Limited located at Babarmahal, Kathmandu.  Notes:

1. Original or Photocopy Share certificate along with citizenship certificate is required to receive cash dividend warrant.
2. Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the warrant themselves. Additionally, item listed in s.N. 1 must be presented.
3. The signature in the letter of authorization must match the signature in the company’s record.
