Siddhartha Bank inks Agreement with IMS Software; agreement to bundle up banking services with the billing system and payment system between two institutions

Siddhartha Bank Limited has signed an agreement with IMS Software Pvt. Ltd (IMSPL) on July 8, 2020 to create Alliance between IMSPL and the Bank. With this agreement, the Bank and IMS Software Pvt. Ltd (IMSPL) has entered into an exclusive partnership. The partnership was officially announced by signing and exchanging of agreement certificates between Mr. Arjun Bhadra Khanal, Head- SME of Siddhartha Bank Limited and Mr. Santosh Tamrakar, Managing Director of IMSPL.

The main objective of this alliance is bundling up banking services with the billing system and payment system developed by IMSPL.

During the event, Mr. Arjun Bhadra Khanal, Head- SME of SBL said that the “Bank is delighted to collaborate with IMSPL, and creating this alliance will have Win-Win situation for all the parties involved in the process.

The Bank has been directly marketing the facility of Point of Sale Terminal (POS) and Quick Response (QR) code for its customer. Similarly, IMS has been providing customized software solutions to its customer through various products and services. This agreement will induce collaborative marketing between the Bank and IMSPL.
