Siddhartha Bank Distributed 12.50% Bonus Shares to Demat Accounts

Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has distributed 12.50% bonus shares directly to the DEMAT accounts of its shareholders. The company has urged its shareholders to dematerialize its shares.

The bank convened its 21st AGM on 28 Poush, 2079, and endorsed a 13.16% dividend worth Rs. 1.64 Arba for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 20 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 12.52 Arba. 12.50% bonus shares worth Rs 1.56 Arba and 0.66% cash dividend (for bonus shares tax purposes) worth Rs 8.23 crore were proposed. The same bonus shares are now deposited to Demat accounts.

Shareholders will have to dematerialize their shares at Siddhartha Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu.
