Siddhartha Bank convenes its 19th AGM; endorses proposal of 15% dividend to its shareholders

Siddhartha Bank has virtually convened its 19th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Manoj Kumar Kedia on Magh 16, 2077.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 12% bonus shares worth Rs 1.17 arba and 3% cash dividend worth Rs 29.36 crore to the shareholders, as per the media statement.
The AGM has elected 3 BoDs from the promoter group are Mr. Manoj Kumar Kedia, Mr. Narendra Kumar Agrawal, and Mr. Rahul Agrawal, and 2 other board members from the public shareholder group who are Mr. Dinesh Sankar Palikhe, and Mr. Ankit Kedia, as per the media statement.
