Shreenagar Agritech Industries Limited has successfully allocated its Initial Public Offering (IPO) shares to local residents of Rupandehi and Palpa, reinforcing its commitment to community empowerment and financial inclusion. A total of 3,777 applicants received shares through a transparent process, with each allotted a minimum of 10 shares via lottery. The IPO, managed by Nabil Investment Banking Limited, reserved 163,125 shares, 1% of the company’s issued capital, specifically for locals.
