Shivam Cements to convene its 3rd AGM on Baisakh 9; 15.78% cash dividend agendas to be approved

Shivam Cements Limited (SHIVM) will be convening its 3rd AGM on Baisakh 9, 2076. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Rastriya Sabha Griha (National Assembly Hall), Kathmandu at 11:30 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include

• To endorse 15.7895% cash dividend (including tax cash dividend) worth Rs 69.4 crore for the shareholders.
• To endorse the agendas of merger and acquisition with the appropriate companies with same objectives, investment on other appropriate projects.
• To elect the 1 BOD member from public shareholders group for the tenure of 4 years.
• To endorse the agendas to give authority to BOD for taking loans from BFI’s.
• Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76.
