Shivam Cements Limited Calls AGM to Endorse 29% Cash Dividend; When's the Book Closure?

Shivam Cements Limited has called its 6th AGM on 16th Kartik, 2078. The meeting will be held in Hotel Soaltee, Soaltee Mode, Kathmandu, starting at 10 am that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the dividend. The meeting of the board of directors has decided to distribute 29% in cash dividends including tax amount. The cash dividend is worth Rs. 1.27 arba. The existing paid-up capital of the company is Rs 4.40 arba.
Other agendas include approval of the financial highlight of FY 2077/78 and appointment of the auditor for FY 2078/79.
Kartik 8 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
