Shivam Cements endorses 15.78% cash dividend; Endorsement subject to approval from upcoming AGM

Shivam Cements has endorsed a cash dividend of 15.7895% worth Rs 79 crore 47 lakh 38 thousand to its fresh shareholders from the profit of FY 2074/75. The amount is inclusive of the amount required for tax purposes.
The decision was reached by the Board of Directors on the 56th Board Meeting held on 13th Chaitra, 2075.
The endorsement is yet to be approved by the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The paid-up capital of Shivam Cements is Rs 4.40 arba.
