Shivam Cements and Chilime Hydropower Distributed Cash Dividends Directly to Shareholders' Bank Accounts

Shivam Cements Limited (SHIVM) has distributed 10.53% cash dividends directly to the bank accounts of its shareholders.

The company convened its 7th AGM for the FY 2078/79 on Poush 29, 2079. The company endorsed a 10.53% cash dividend for FY 2078/79. The 108th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 28 decided to distribute a 10.53% cash dividend worth Rs. 46.33 Crores from the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.40 Arba. The same cash dividend has now been distributed.

Similarly, Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) has distributed a 7.5% cash dividend directly to bank accounts and urged its shareholders to dematerialize their shares.

The company convened its 26th AGM for the FY 2078/79 on Poush 22, 2079. The company endorsed a 15% dividend for FY 2078/79. The 410th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 20 proposed a 15% dividend. 7.5% bonus shares and 7.5% cash dividends worth Rs. 50.63 Crores each were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 6.75 Arba.

Also, the company has urged the shareholders to dematerialize their shares if they haven't updated their bank information in the Demat account are requested to do so in order to receive the dividend.

Additionally, if eligible investors had taken a loan against the shares of the company before the book closure date, they should present a No Objection Letter from their lending institution to receive the dividend.
