Shivam Cement distributes jackets to taxi drivers; Company set to issue IPO

Shivam Cement Limited has distributed jacket to the taxi drivers of Kathmandu. Shivam Cements have fulfilled their Corporate Social Responsibility by providing the jackets to the drivers.

With the help of Everest Cab Service, the cement company distributed the jackets on the occasion of Dashain. Shivam Cement has previously participated in road construction, drinking water management and many other activities in fulfilling the CSR.

The company will be issuing 44 lakh unit shares to the general public at Rs 400 per share. The issuance will also include the unsubscribed 6,79,760 units issued to locals as well.
