Shiva Shree Hydropower to issue IPO for promoters and directors for Kartik 17 to 27

Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited has published a notice regarding the opening of IPO shares to the directors and promoters from 17th Kartik, 2076 till 27th Kartik, 2076.

The company had issued 33.51 lakh units ordinary shares to the general public, employees and mutual fund from Ashwin 16 to Kartik 15, 2076. Since the issue wasn't fully subscribed, the unsubscribed units is being offered to the promoters, their family, directors, CEO, Auditors, Secretary and all related officials.

The application forms can be obtained and submitted at:

• Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited, Anamnagar, Kathmandu
