Shine Resunga becomes first national level development bank of Province 5; Capital at Rs 2.62 arba

Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SHINE) upon successful acquisition of Purnima Bikas Bank Limited (PURBL) and Bhargav Bikash Bank Limited (BHBL), has become the first national level development bank of Province 5.

SHINE has a paid-up capital of Rs.2.62 Arba and reserve of Rs.59.72 Crore. It's central office is located at Butwal-11, Kalika Nagar and has working area of 12 districts. It has a network of 70 branches and 1 extension counter.

The bank has deposits of Rs 26.82 arba and loans & advances of Rs 24.14 arba till now.

Shine Development Bank was established in 2065 and went through a series of merger and acquistions to reach the current situation. Those banks are:
