Shikhar Insurance not distributing dividend for FY 2075/76 either

Shikhar Insurance Company Limited (SICL) is not distributing any dividend for the fiscal year 2075/76.

The company has informed investors that the profit from the fiscal year 2075/76 is kept as retained earnings. Since investors did not get any dividend for the fiscal year 2074/75 either, many had expected a dividend for the FY 2075/76.

Shikhar Insurance Company Limited has also informed investors that the company is working diligently to prepare the financial reports of the fiscal year 2076/77 and get them approved. The company wants to conduct AGM for the two fiscal years after that.
