Shares listed to NRN Laghubitta after merger; Company to discuss on FPO issue

The post-merger joint operation of NRN Laghubitta, Kisan Microfinance, and Divya Laghubitta has already begun.

In order to have a nationwide approach, the three microfinance companies had merged in the swap ratio of 1:1:1.

Issuing a notice, NEPSE has notified of the shares being listed. The 31,28,088 shares of Kisan Microfinance and Divya Laghubitta have been officially listed as the shares of NRN Laghubitta. The shares can be traded starting from Bhadra 21, 2077.

The joint transaction of the three companies has already commenced on Ashad 29, 2077.

Additionally, NRN Laghubitta merged Rama Roshan Microfinance and Creative Laghubitta to itself last year. Now, after successfully merging the four microfinance companies to itself, NRN Laghubitta is organizing a Special General Meeting (SGM) tomorrow, on Bhadra 20, to discuss issuing an FPO.
