This is a portion of the dividend distributed for the fiscal year 2076/77. The bank had distributed a 10.85% dividend as bonus shares and 3.15% as a cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
The newly listed bonus shares will be tradable from tomorrow. As of writing, the company has the last day closing price of Rs. 287 per share.
